My Philosophy

Growth is what fuels modern day businesses and careers. It’s also what makes us feel alive and vibrant in our lives. Growth translates to health. Growth is attractive

There is no growth without stress. today’s world can feel full of both stress and pressure. External tools can help, but execution also requires tapping into and having a healthy relationship with our own wisdom and creativity.

To drive the level of growth you want it requires:

  • Clear strategy/goals

  • Understanding how to work with and through others.

  • Retraining the “voices in our head” to give rather than take energy

  • Implementing a reusable routine to move from high stress to recovery

  • Getting rid of stories and sticking with the reality of the territory

  • Composure and presence.

  • Ability to feel and process all emotions, all the time.

  • Healthy coping mechanisms for an uncertain world.

Driving growth for the business depends on your own growth on the inside. It’s your Outside Game and Inside Game that makes up your own operating system.

Your Outside Game is all about your habits, how you lead, how you sell, how you build relationships, how you communicate, how you deliver, etc. Without a good Outside Game, success is but a dream. It’’s also not enough.

We also need an Inside Game

The Inside Game involves our intuition, decision-making, self-leadership, courage, creativity, curiosity, and wisdom, the elements that support our ability to execute the Outside Game. A lot of people can own their Outside Game, but they are owned by their Inside Game which is also the source of fear, anger, jealousy, overwhelm, despair, and burnout.

Together it means overcoming all the energy sucking patterns that got us here, but won’t help us get there. It means opening up our ability to maximize your creativity. It means tools and systems to create sustainable success and fulfillment.

This is what I did for myself starting at age 11. I learned that systems and psychology were the force multipliers for success in sports, school, and then in my career.
