In today’s market it can mean getting pushed to your limits and beyond. When you’re in a role to drive growth, you have to perform, and we’re not talking about acting.
You have to lead with confidence, have a point of view, do the work that your level demands, and take accountability for your team to do theirs. That means making hard decisions that might feel like a rock in your gut.
I spent well over three decades in roles where my results were public for all to see. As CRO, that means sharing my results with the board.
When you grow up in sales, there are no excuses, only expectations. Internet crash, housing crash, I worked through both. Expectations never let up.
I started reading psychology books when I was just 11 year old. I wanted to understand early on how relationships worked, then how to improve athletic performance, then how to improve business performance.
I was my own client, my own therapist, my own coach, until I could find ones that could move at the pace that made sense for me.

My Story
As “coach who’s lived it” I coach leaders from the most prestigious companies, Nike, Google, Hitachi, Capgemini, to solopreneurs venturing out on their own.
My approach to transformation draws on and blends overt 35+ years of athletic, business, psychological, spiritual, and somatic practices.
During my career, David I’ve worked in banking and finance with companies like UBS and Reuters, innovation consulting with the legendary firm frog (designer of the Apple Macintosh and Disney Magic Band Experience), and venture funded tech startup Very Good Ventures.
My effectiveness comes the practical application of all that I’ve learned, failed out, gotten up from, and found to actually work in the trenches with money and reputations are on the line. I know first hand that the best and most productive way for people to learn the truth is to learn it in our bodies, not just our heads. Anyone can tell you the truth. The question is who can help you see it, embody it, and live it to further your own success and happiness in what you do.
